Cooking Instructions
Cook 100 grams of dal for 30 minutes. Add vegetables like senpa, brinjal, drumstick, and onion.
Add 1 tbsp of AMJFOODS Sambhar Masala.
For tempering, heat 2 teaspoons of oil, add 1 tbsp fenugreek, mustard seeds, 1 tbsp curry leaves, and 2 dried red chilies.
Add the tempering to the mixture, serve hot with dosa/idli/appam.
